Sheraisa Winter crowned as Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands 2024
During the finale of Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands 2024 the Dominion Centre in Amsterdam shined bright. It’s been 4 weeks now, but that doesn’t make it any less spectacular. We made the aftermovie and we were there to capture all the highlights. Five candidates competed for the prestigious title, representing the diversity of the Netherlands. After an evening full of glamour and talent, Sheraisa Winter, a 25-year-old woman from Almere, was crowned the new Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands. She is Michantely Lisse her successor who won the Miss Style Icon title in the international Indian contest in 2023.During the finale of Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands 2024 the Dominion Centre in Amsterdam shined bright.
Embodiment of Engagement and Grace
Surinamese Sheraisa Winter impressed the jury with her grace, determination, and versatility. She not only received the title of Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands but also the titles of Miss Best Body, Miss Popularity, and Miss National Costume. Sheraisa has not only shown her beauty and grace but also her dedication to social participation. The recently chosen winner will represent our country at the Miss Supermodel Worldwide pageant in New Delhi, India, in the spring.
“It was a beautiful evening with fantastic candidates that we look back on with pride,” said the national director of MSMWNL, Leila Aigbedion. We are confident that Sheraisa will represent the Netherlands in a brilliant way at the international Miss Supermodel Worldwide pageant in New Delhi, India.

The Success of Every Opponent
The other finalists were also honored alongside Winter. Mônica Fernandes de Freitas from Almere took first place and was awarded the title of Miss Congeniality. Aasiyah van Geenen, Kayleigh Raven, and Ryanne Bunnicich, who is also Miss Photogenic, were named second runner-up. The title of Miss Charity was awarded to Aasiyah van Geenen from Bussum for her efforts to raise money for the Sickle Cell Fund, the charity funded by the contest this year.
Overcoming Prejudices
Valerie van den Berg, responsible for marketing and PR, emphasized the importance of Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands for the candidates: “Miss Supermodel Worldwide Netherlands not only provides a platform for exploring the fashion industry but also an opportunity for personal and professional growth through workshops and training.” We are proud of the diversity, inclusion, and empowerment of women in our contests.
Claudia Ayuba, who once participated in a beauty pageant organized by this organization, sees her role in the current team as an opportunity to break prejudices about beauty pageants. In the Netherlands, it is still widespread that beauty pageants are merely meat markets. This contest provides women with a platform to showcase themselves and achieve their goals. It is often said that beauty pageants are an excellent step towards the business world, and it is an honor to be part of an event where women can voice their opinions and shape their futures.
